Tyson Russell
Owner - Coach
Certification:
ISSA CPT 2016
Tyson fell in love with working out at a young age. He quickly realized that strength training gave him an edge in every sport he played. After high school, he went on to play football at McKendree University, where his passion for training only grew stronger.
After his playing days, Tyson earned his Personal Training Certification and began helping others discover their own strength. His favorite part of coaching is seeing people become stronger, more confident, and capable — both in and out of the gym.
Tyson’s favorite style of training is functional fitness — building strength that translates to everyday life.

Hi, I’m Claudia! I graduated from Illinois State University and currently work as a Shared Service Analyst at Patterson Companies. I was born and raised in Red Bud and found my passion for CrossFit back in 2018 while in college. After a brief break, I jumped back in full force in 2021 and haven’t looked back since. What I love most about CrossFit is the group setting – the accountability and friendly competition among members make every workout so much more enjoyable. I’m excited to be here and look forward to training with all of you!
