45 minute Boxing Class (Boxing 45):
-8 minute warm up
-8, 2 minutes boxing rounds with a mix of strength and cardio in between.
30 Minute Boxing Class (Boxing 30):
Run Down of a class!
-5 minutes of a warm up
-8, 2 minute rounds of boxing
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF OUR GYM IN ORDER TO ATTEND A CLASS!
Who is this class for?
Anyone and any fitness level! Not a pro boxer? No worries, we aren’t either. This class is great for a good calorie burn! Our clients have burnt up to 1,000 calories in one class! Come in and try your first class on us!
